How do you feel about the location selection of the new Government Water Sports Center which just put in-service in Stanley Main Beach last week?

3. 風帆季節主要是一般泳客較少的冬季，政府可於冬季的數月內關閉泳灘，夏季重開，平衡各方需要。
Windsurfing season is mainly in winter. Government should close off the swimming area during the winter to allow more space for windsurfers, and to re-open it in summer to balance the utilization between all users.

4. 赤柱已有風帆中心設於聖士提反灣，不必要另多設一個於同區位置，以至資源重疊，加上安全問題，實為不智。
There was a windsurfing center built in St. Stephen Beach already, no need to have another one in the same location nearby, it's totally waste of resource, plus the safety concern, it's absolutely not appropriate.

Best location in terms of its publicity and visibility, no safety concern at all.

This further positions Main Beach as the windsurfing theme beach which may help to promote this sports. But the swimming area must be closed to allow more space for windsurfers and other water sports activities users to avoid unnessary accident.
